Relax into your Sunday with a @campbellswines Rutherglen Topaque Delight! Ingredients: • 60 ml Campbells Wine - Rutherglen Topaque • 30 ml fresh lemon juice • 30 ml honey syrup (1:1 ratio of honey and water) • 60 ml soda water • Lemon twist, for garnish • Ice Method: 1. In a shaker, combine the Rutherglen Topaque, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup. 2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled. 3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. 4. Top with soda water and gently stir 5. Garnish with a lemon twist to combine. Recipe credit: @ausbotanicals

Our new SDC 2022 [Shiraz Durif Cabernet] is an easy drinking, light bodied wine that showcases excellent balance. On the palate, the sweet plum fruit the shiraz comes through, offering a smooth fresh mouth feel. As our harvest comes to a close for vintage 2025, we would like to thank our vineyard and winemaking teams for all their amazing work, especially for the early morning starts. It’s been an eventful six weeks – storms, warm days and nights, heavy dews as Autumn steps in and the arrival of baby Cooper to the @campbellswines family, the newborn son of our Machinery Operator, Tanner. Congratulations! This year our fruit quality is right up there with some intense flavours and characteristics – we have certainly experienced a traditional Rutherglen continental climate.
